Dedicated developers for US, UK, EU and Australian teams

Hire dedicated developers from India for your product.

Add a senior developer or a small DayDecoder team to your product. They work inside your tools, show progress every week and stay with the codebase, so you never have to explain it twice.

Hire by technology

Hire the stack your product already uses.

These pages are for buyers who already know the technology. Each one explains what our developers actually ship in that stack, how the engagement runs, and which of our public case studies are relevant. Client product names stay confidential; the technical story does not.

Why product teams in the US, UK, Europe and Australia hire DayDecoder.

DayDecoder is a founder-led software company in Ahmedabad. We are not a body shop that rotates people through a ticket queue. You talk to Prakash Tank and the people writing the code.

  • A senior owner, not a bench

The person you meet on the first call is involved in the work. We staff from the same stack we use on client products, so you are not interviewing a mystery CV.

  • Overlap that fits your day

Morning updates for US clients, afternoon overlap with the UK and Europe, and early-morning calls with Australia. Decisions do not wait for a 12-hour delay.

  • Code and IP you can take elsewhere

We sign an NDA before you share details. Once the work is paid for, the custom source and IP belong to you, with documentation another developer can follow.

  • Honest about fit

If a smaller engagement or a different stack is the better answer, we say so. We would rather decline a mismatch than invent capacity we do not have.

Engagement models

Dedicated full-time, part-time, or hourly.

Tell us about the product and we will recommend the smallest setup that works. We do not publish a rate card here; you get a written proposal after a 30-minute call.

Dedicated full-time

One senior engineer who stays in your repo and tools, learns the product, and ships every week. Best when the work will still be there in three months and you are tired of re-explaining it.

Part-time dedicated

A reserved number of days each week with the same person. Useful when the backlog is real but a full-time seat would sit idle, or when you want a specialist alongside an in-house team.

Hourly

Reviews, rescue work, integrations and short bursts. You pay for hours used, with a time log. Hourly is a poor default for a greenfield product; it is honest for work that is still taking shape.

Prefer a scoped build with a finish line? See a dedicated development team or our offshore software company page.

Hiring process

How hiring a DayDecoder developer works.

Five steps from the first email to someone shipping in your repo. No black box, and nothing starts without a written proposal.

  1. 1

    Intro call

A 30-minute call with the founder. We talk about the product, the stack, who reviews pull requests today, and whether a hire is even the right shape.

  2. 2

    Written proposal

You get the people, the model (full-time, part-time or hourly), a start date, and how we will work inside your tools. No obligation.

  3. 3

    NDA and access

We sign an NDA if you want one before the repo. Then accounts, environments and a first ticket that proves the setup.

  4. 4

    First week in the repo

The developer reads the codebase, ships a small change, and agrees a weekly demo slot that sits in your working day.

  5. 5

    Weekly demos

Working software, not a status report. If the engagement is not working, you can stop at the end of a billing period.

Time-zone overlap with the US, UK, Europe and Australia.

We work from Ahmedabad, India. That is 5.5 hours ahead of the UK in winter, 9.5 to 10.5 hours ahead of the US East Coast, and a few hours behind eastern Australia. The calendar only works if both sides design the day around overlap instead of pretending it is the same office.

US teams get written progress waiting when their morning starts, and a late-India / early-US window for decisions. UK and European teams get afternoon overlap for reviews and calls. Australian clients get early-morning calls that still sit inside a normal Indian workday.

  • United States

Morning updates waiting in your inbox when the US workday starts.

  • United Kingdom

Same-day overlap for calls, reviews, and decisions.

  • Europe

Afternoon overlap with Central and Eastern European teams.

  • Australia

Early-morning calls that fit the Australian workday.
