A job portal for candidates and employers in India with one profile and resume per candidate, employer job posting and hiring, a daily feed of imported developer jobs, and consent-based talent pools for the mobile app.
The challenge
Candidates juggle many job sites and resumes, and employers waste time on unranked lists of profiles. The product needed both sides on one platform, plus a steady flow of developer jobs from day one, without exposing candidates who had not agreed to be found.
What we built
We wrote the full product specification and are building the platform module by module in Laravel: candidate, employer and admin roles, OTP and social sign-in shared with a mobile API, a resume score tool, and job listing pages. The specified scope covers candidate profiles and applications, employer job posting with interviews, invites and offer letters, a daily import of developer jobs that link out to the original apply page, and a candidate finder that ranks people against a specific job instead of showing a directory.
