Dedicated full stack engineers

Hire full stack developers who will own a slice of the product, not a ticket type.

Need one senior engineer who can move from schema to UI to a deploy without a hand-off meeting? DayDecoder staffs full stack as a dedicated seat: Laravel at the core, enough React, and the AWS around it. Overlap hours for the US, UK, Europe and Australia. You own the code.

What “full stack” means on a DayDecoder hire.

It does not mean one person who is average at twelve frameworks. It means one owner for a vertical: the tables, the API, the screen, and the job that must run at 2 a.m.

The founder’s public description is the template: architect the system, design the schema, build the backend, and make the front end usable. The four case studies overseas buyers ask about most — the credit-card bill payments platform, the two-sided job portal, the WhatsApp marketing SaaS, and the price-comparison crawler — are full-stack deliveries in that sense. Each has a web UI, a Laravel core, payments or crawlers or queues, and a cloud account. Client product names stay confidential; those pages are on the site under descriptive titles.

A full stack hire is the right shape when you do not have (or do not want) a separate frontend, backend and DevOps queue for a product that still fits in one head. It is the wrong shape when you need a specialist LLM researcher and a separate SRE and a design system team. We will say so and point at the specialist hire pages instead of inflating one CV.

  • Vertical product slices

A billing module, a candidate flow, a campaign inbox: schema, API, UI, and the worker. Demoed as behaviour, not as layers.

  • Laravel plus enough frontend

Blade, Vue, React or Inertia — matching what you have. New UI follows the existing design, not a second aesthetic from a bored engineer.

  • Cloud enough to ship

S3, queues, env, a staging that works. Deep AWS or GCP work can join from those hire pages when the product outgrows “enough”.

  • MVP to ongoing product

A scoped first version, then the same person stays so you are not explaining the domain every Monday. That is the dedicated-team model in one human.

Skills and tool stack

The full stack we staff as a default.

Laravel in the middle. MySQL or PostgreSQL. Redis. A React or Blade UI. AWS when the product is already there.

That default matches most of the catalogue. We will staff a Next.js + Strapi slice, a Python sidecar, or an OpenAI worker when the product needs it — usually as an extra, not as a claim that one hire is every specialist page on this hub. The founder’s certifications (Laravel 12, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) sit behind the seat so architecture questions do not bounce off a junior who was labelled “full stack” in a spreadsheet.

Backend

  • Laravel
  • PHP 8
  • MySQL / PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • queues

Frontend

  • Blade
  • Vue
  • React
  • Tailwind
  • Alpine

Cloud

  • AWS (S3, RDS, workers)
  • Docker
  • CI on pull requests

Extras by agreement

  • Next.js
  • Node.js
  • Python
  • OpenAI

Engagement models

A dedicated full stack seat, a part-time product engineer, or hourly rescue.

Full stack is usually dedicated: the value is context. Hourly full stack is how you get a stranger in the repo every week.

Dedicated full-time full stack developer

The same engineer in your Slack and Git host, owning a vertical. Best when the product will still be moving in three months.

Part-time dedicated

A few days a week for a founder who still writes code and needs a second pair of hands that can finish a feature without a committee.

Hourly full stack help

A production bug that spans UI and API, a deploy hole, a review. Time-logged. Building an MVP hourly is possible; it is rarely kind. We will say if a scoped build is cleaner.

Hiring process

How we place a full stack developer on your product.

You should meet the person who will open the pull request and the pull request that proves the whole slice, not only the CSS.

  1. 1

    Walk the product

Thirty minutes with the founder: users, stack, who reviews PRs, and whether you actually need specialists instead.

  2. 2

    Written full stack proposal

Dedicated, part-time or hourly, the vertical they will own first, and what is explicitly out of scope (native mobile, a new cloud, a model training job).

  3. 3

    Access across the slice

Repo, staging, design source, and the error tracker. A full stack hire who cannot see production errors is a frontend hire in disguise.

  4. 4

    First end-to-end change

A small feature that touches data, API and UI. If we cannot ship that in week one, we do not talk about “velocity”.

  5. 5

    Weekly product demo

Working software in your overlap hours. Not a backend-only recording and a Figma for later.

Full stack overlap with US, UK, EU and Australian teams.

Because the hire spans UI and backend, overlap is for decisions: copy, schema, go-live. Ahmedabad sits 5.5 hours ahead of the UK in winter and 9.5–10.5 hours ahead of US Eastern. Australian clients get an early call with staging already updated. Batch work — migrations, refactors, deploys that can wait — runs in India hours so your morning has a URL.

If your in-house lead only exists in Pacific hours, we write a late window into the proposal or we tell you the overlap will be thin. We will not nod through a calendar that cannot work.

  • United States

Morning updates waiting in your inbox when the US workday starts.

  • United Kingdom

Same-day overlap for calls, reviews, and decisions.

  • Europe

Afternoon overlap with Central and Eastern European teams.

  • Australia

Early-morning calls that fit the Australian workday.

Why hire full stack developers from DayDecoder.

The company is founder-led by a full-stack architect. The catalogue is products, not slideware. You are hiring into that, not into a synonym for “cheap generalist”.

  • Founder-shaped seat

Prakash’s published role is full-stack architect: schema, backend, UI, deploy. Dedicated hires are measured against that bar, not against a bootcamp checklist.

  • Case studies that are whole products

Bill pay, jobs, WhatsApp SaaS, price comparison. Each is a vertical, not a single microservice looking for a friend.

  • Specialists one click away

If the backlog becomes “only RAG” or “only AWS cost”, we add those hires instead of stretching the full stack seat into fiction.

  • You own the product code

Custom source and IP transfer on payment. NDA on request. Documentation another developer can follow when you grow an in-house team later.
