An enterprise, modular ERP and inventory platform built with Laravel 12 and Vue 3 as the long-term replacement for a legacy retail ERP, backed by detailed functional and technical specifications for warehouse, vendor performance, currency and executive reporting modules.

The challenge

A retailer running on a legacy ERP needed a modern platform it could grow module by module: warehouse operations, 3PL billing, vendor performance, currency management and executive reporting, each with clear requirements before any code.

What we built

We wrote functional and technical specifications for each module and built the platform foundation: a Laravel 12 API with Passport, OTP login and token refresh, roles and permissions, file handling and a data-exchange ingest endpoint for REST and EDI, under a Vue 3 single-page app with a shared component library, data tables and charts. End-to-end tests run with Playwright.
