The challenge

Merchants were running sales, stock, bookings and staff on separate tools that never agreed with each other. Owners with more than one location could not see one true picture of the business, and counter staff needed a checkout that stays fast at peak hours and works with barcode scanners, cash drawers and receipt printers.

What we built

We built a modular Laravel platform where each business gets its own locations, cash registers, users and permissions. The core covers POS sales, products and variations, stock, purchases and requisitions, customers and payments, while optional modules add CRM, manufacturing, repairs, asset management, a product catalogue, WooCommerce and delivery-platform connectors. A versioned REST API (Passport) powers the Flutter and React Native apps for terminals, kiosks and stock counting.
